Fan Fiction Class Roster - Term 2, Jan 2012
Class Information:
Welcome to the Fan Fiction class! In this class you'll learn all about the basics of writing a fan fiction story. Are you writing one but doubt it'll be liked? Or are you not sure how to go about writing on in the first place? This class will hopefully be able to give you the help you need. Lessons will cover things from plot development to grammar and spell check. Lessons will be typed and perhaps in drawing (if there's a need for a drawing that is) form. Some practice activities or quizzes will be assigned, and they can be used to better your understanding of the material or even used as extra credit. You must submit at least two of these practice activities to meet with the Academy's rules, although some will be required. In addition to assignments there is also the Final, which is a requirement, which we will work on weeks 6 through 8.
I will grade on the amount of personal improvement rather than skill. Students will pass with good marks if they read the lessons and simply try their best. I should hate to fail anyone, and will only do so if the required homework assignments and finals are not submitted.
About the Instructor:
Hello! You can call me Yuna, Yu-chan, Yoogle, or Yunamoogle. I've been writing fanfictions since about six years ago and they are just about my favorite thing to do. I am nice (I think) and love helping others. This will be my first time teaching, but I will try my best! Don't be shy! If you have a suggestion or question, feel free to say it! I won't bite you.
